2. 後継者育成に取り組む支援機関等

アトツギ甲子園の開催に加えて、地方公共団体、金融機関、商工団体等において後継者支援に取り組む支援機関が増えてきている。これまでの中小企業白書においても、宇治市、京都信用保証協会、京都信用金庫、みなと銀行、大分県、岡山市を取り上げてきた 75 が、これまでとは異なる新しい枠組みで後継者支援を実施している支援機関も現れている。ここでは、実際の支援機関及び地方公共団体の取組事例として2事例を紹介する。

75 2023年版中小企業白書において、宇治市、2024年版中小企業白書において、みなと銀行、京都信用保証協会、京都信用金庫、大分県及び岡山市の取組事例を掲載している。
